(Wagner, 1993) Wagner holds that when a research project is judged "solely on the apparent truthfulness of its parts…" the general purpose of the research is neglected
LITERATURE REVIEW There have been many studies on the teaching of reading to elementary school students. One such study tested the success and importance of phonetical processing abilities and their impact on early reading skills (Wagner, 1994)
" The study provided evidence that early phonetic ability did in fact contribute to early reading ability however one of the drawbacks of the study is that it only studied phonetics and did not compare it to any other methods of teaching reading to elementary students. This study did leave researchers with an understanding that phonetic sensitivity does not work with all students and for learning disabled students it can create a challenge in the grasp of reading skills (Blachman, 1994)
" The study did not define any measurable way the children learned to read but did discover that the parent's attitudes toward reading often promoted early reading among these children (Huba, 1995). Another study did zero in on the actual style and method of learning to read among young children to determine some of the more common methods that were formed in the mind of the child (Awaida, 1995)
When one hears of preschool aged children reading and comprehending words one wonders what the parents did to encourage this to happen. This study explored that question as well as the way the readers were reading, be it phonetics of other methods (Huba, 1995)
Once this happened, is the point that their underlying amounts of motivation increased exponentially. (Holzman, 2005) As a result, these ideas are showing how flexibility in teaching methods can encourage students to pursue additional learning

As the principal of a community high school situated in a big urban district, and having been in the educational field for several years, my personal experience is that, for attracting and retaining quality educators, an all-inclusive induction strategy must be established. This strategy should include school and district procedures and policies; but emphasis during the course of the year has to be placed on learning and teaching (Boscardian, 2011)
Special needs or advanced learners can make the most of interactive opportunities for distance learning, not provided by schools on account of lack of sufficient staff, expertise, or finances. In specific, video conferencing and web conferencing help bridge those chasms (Harrison, 2010)

Special needs children's placement is done in regular education classes, and they are engaged in educational environments, which may have a general education instructor, a teacher assistant, a special educator, and, possibly, community or parental volunteers (Lamport, 2012)

Educators must acquire training in alternative progress measures like curriculum-based measures, authentic measures, rubric-based measures, goal achievement scaling, or portfolios, as substitutes to grades in order to determine progress of students (Rotter, 2014)

Another means to increase a case study's validity is by having a greater number of respondents/informants from different organizations, suited to the "context" of study -- for instance, consultants, industry association personnel, and government advisers-- or people from the same organization. This proves highly useful when researchers have such questions for which there is no one individual with all requisite information, or if events under study have different perspectives or interpretations (Vissak, 2010)
