It is worth affirming that the fact that the Google Company is not price sensitive provides it with perfect opportunities that can be utilized to acquire the required differentiation abilities. Product and service differentiation that the company has adopted can be traced to the actual specificity of its search engine to the services it provides to all its consumers (Fogg, 1999)
The information is stored in a manageable that is accessible to users within and outside the organization. As such, it is beyond reasonable concern that using the electronic career saves not only organizations significant costs but also increase the marketability of the candidates interested in different positions (Castrogiovanni, & Kidwell, (2010)
Moreover, significant evidence has that electronic career has the value of allowing individuals to review, provide feedback, and communicate with different individuals across the world in an asynchronous manner. However, as organizations strive to achieve the above, they must consider the adoption of actions that uphold their social responsibility to their stakeholders such as the customers, employees, and lenders, as well as, the environment. For organizations to be act in ways considered social responsible, they should apply business ethics, as they determine the constituents of their right or wrongdoing (Paliwal, 2006)
For instance, organizations have to purchase raw materials from their consumers and sell the same to the customers to make a profit. However, the nature of their business undertaking is under constant influence of factors that hold them responsible for their actions and decisions, thereby, social responsibility (Snoeyenbos, Almeder, & Humber, 2001)
As such, it implies that the company should provide a variety of services to its employees such as compensation packages to retain and ensure their satisfaction with their job. In addition, the company provides regular training opportunities for them to ensure that it meets their personal and professional needs, thereby, the performance, and reputation of the company (Cragg, 2009)
It is operating contrary to the expectations as it is violating the rights of the community members, as well as, destroying the environment. As such, irrespective of the holdings shown by the above theories, the company does not consider the ethical principles of consumer and environmental safety (Hunnicutt, 2009)
The ethics of care posit that individuals or organizations should act independently to achieve their interests. As such, its holding implies that the company has the responsibility of acting independently to achieve its desired goals and objectives (Kao, 2010)
The creditors influence the performance of the PharmaCare Company by providing the capital required for financing its operations and financial support in case of shortfalls in its financial supply. Therefore, a combination of the responsibilities of these stakeholders results in the creation of a positive environment for the consumers and its stakeholders (Zu, 2008)
