It has been noted that most nurses do not read hence are not at par with the latest researches that have been successfully concluded and passed. The worrying thing in this aspect of reluctance to read is the fact that it has been found that most of the things that the nurses do have very little documented support (Macguire J.M., 2006)

There are several funds and funding bodies that are dedicated to financing and assisting in logistics and advice and training for those willing to get into researches pertaining to the nursing discipline which is a boost to the research field (Pimjai Sudsawad, 2007)
This can be in the lack of support for the nurses in order to ensure the implementation of the research or unnecessary bureaucracies and caution hurdles on the way.
