I feel that as a leader, I am able to recognize the need for all three types of leadership, am able to employ all three types of leadership, and have recognized that my strengths are most heavily concentrated in strategic thinking so that I can delegate responsibility for much of the tactical planning and logistics required for my unit. An intensive care environment has to have medicine and supplies on hand, but it also needs to be able to access blood and blood products, as well as manage organ donation and sometimes monitor people who are in need of an organ transplant . Particularly in the case of organ donations, the logistical issues that can develop, including following applicable state and federal laws, shipping concerns, weather issues, and other related issues, can mean that a logistics failure can turn an otherwise successful visit into a failure for the patient (Genc, 2008)

Data radios require preparing data for transmission over limited bandwidth, properly programming and operating the radio in the data network, and receiving and interpreting the data, therefore, it may be more efficient to communicate with symbols and images than with voice and text (Jantzen pp). The operating system and application program object codes of the software are written for a particular hardware, and generally, there is no standardization in writing these object codes, so as the hardware is changed, the operating systems also undergo changes (Pathak pp)
A competent leader should lead by staying ahead of others, be a good example to the team and communicate effectively. his/her influence should extend beyond the existing chain of command; the leader is a developer; a leader ensures that the environment is positive, makes sure that he/she and the team are well prepared; the leader's achievement is in getting desired results (Sewell, 2009)
